The verse is self-explanatory on this large, glass pouring stein with a transfer and hand painted scene of the Münchner Kindl (Munich Child) which is the symbol of the city of Munich and a Prosit (Cheers) from Latin "Pro sit" (for health), ca. 1900.
Ein guter Trunk liebt Alt und Jung.	A good drink is loved by old and young.
