The verse on this relief stein (ca. early 1900's) is the first part of a German Folk Song entitled "Die Lore am Tore" (Laura at the gate) by Heinrich Christian Boie - 1797.
Stelldichein Von allen Mädchen so blink und blank, gefält mir am besten die Lore.	Rendezvous Of all the girls so gleaming and bright, the one I like best is Lore.
