The way this awkward verse is written should be translated "Whoever has magnanimous courage has noble blood", but I prefer the translation shown below which could not be distinguished when spoken because "edel Mut" = "Edelmut". The small salt-glazed stein is ca. 1900.
Wer edel Mut (Edelmut) hat edel Blut.	Whoever (has) generosity has noble blood.
